We collect: your account email and optional company name; the domain names you register; public DNS query results for those domains; blocklist check results; DMARC aggregate (RUA) statistics if you route reports to us (these contain message counts, source IPs, and authentication results, but never message content or recipient addresses); billing identifiers from Stripe (we never see full card numbers); support correspondence; basic usage events (page views, scans) without third-party trackers.
We use it to: run your monitoring, send alerts/digests/receipts, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, ever.
Processors: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (transactional mail). Each processes data only to provide their function.
Retention & deletion: account data kept while subscribed; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request to support@sendwatch.bluestarmarketingfirm.com. Cancel anytime self-serve.
Your choices: opt out of any non-essential email instantly via the link in it; request export or deletion at any time.
