SendWatch is a monitoring service operated by Blue Star Marketing Firm LLC. By subscribing you agree to these terms.
What we provide: scheduled monitoring of domains you register with us: SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration and policy changes, presence on the DNS blocklists named on our method page, MX/MTA-STS/TLS-RPT configuration, and analysis of DMARC aggregate reports you choose to route to us; email alerts on material changes; a weekly summary report. Plan limits (domain counts, features) are stated at checkout.
What we do not provide: we do not guarantee inbox placement, delivery rates, blocklist removal, or business outcomes. Monitoring is informational; changes to your DNS and sending practices are made by you. Nothing here is legal advice.
Billing: monthly subscription via Stripe; 14-day free trial; cancel anytime in the billing portal effective end of period. Founding-cohort pricing (first 15 accounts) is locked for the life of the subscription.
Make-good: 30-day money-back guarantee, any reason, plus: if we ever fail to flag a deliverability issue before your email provider does, your first paid month is refunded in full. See the refund policy.
Acceptable use: register only domains you own or are authorized to monitor. We may refuse service for abuse.
Liability: service provided "as is"; our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months.
Automation disclosure: SendWatch is operated with heavy automation, including AI-generated reports and AI-drafted support responses under human supervision.
